CURRIED PARSNIP SOUP

Carrot and Parsnip Soup- Full recipe below!! This is one of my all time favourite soups and a brilliant one to get made up in advance and in the freezer. I like to serve this as a starter on Christmas day with a little dried sage and a splash of cream. Ingredients: 800g parsnips 400g carrots 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp dried sage 1 tbsp runny honey 2 tsp chopped garlic 1 cup (115g) frozen diced onions 1.5 litres vegetable stock splash of double cream salt and pepper Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180
