I am sadly losing two mission arborvitae trees. I have confirmed with the University of Illinois plant clinic that there is not a disease or pest causing the damage I’m seeing on my trees. so I need to have them both removed and it’s probably soil compaction coupled with too much water for these trees to handle. So here is a list of replacement trees, and shrubs that I am considering. Please weigh in in the comments and let me know if you have any thoughts or opinions on these plants: -Vernal Wi
