Dumbbell Ratchet Press method to get one "self forced rep" at the end of a set of dumbbell bench press. This is a relatively normal one from me today (I know, don't freak out). It's a cool technique that takes advantage of how the nervous system works to allow you to finish out a set of dumbbell presses if you hit a sticking point on your last rep. In simple terms, the nervous system has a limited amount of "drive" (i.e. energy). When you're getting towards the end of a set, your drive starts to
