I’ve gotten really good at getting creative with storing food here in AZ (with no basement, and garages that get way too hot on the summer)…. When I hear people say they can’t start because they don’t have the space, a lot of the time they just need a bit of creativity! We got these cabinets from Home Depot and added extra shelves into them, and I can store all my home canned goods right there in our bedroom! Is it ideal? Definitely not, but is it super functional and works great for us? You bet
