Richmond SPCA is once again helping animals in need, this time from the other side of the world. Friday night, 14 dogs and puppies arrived in Richmond all the way from South Korea. The 14 pets were rescued from a dog meat farm in the county. The rescue effort is in conjunction with the Humane Society of the United States and Humane Society International.
