This is how I purge my crawfish 🦞. This is basically a quick steam purge. I put 3 inches of water 💧 in my pot and turn my pots on high! The steam purges all the dirt and grim from my crawfish. Then I add seasoned water and let them boil for 2 minutes then I kill my heat and throw my ice 🧊 in to get my water temperature down to 150 degrees and I let ‘em soak in that seasoned water for 20 minutes.
