🥕Korean Carrot Salad: Ingredients: - 1000 kg julienne cut carrots (I used julienne cutter) - SPICES: * 1 Tbsp kosher salt * 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar * 2 tsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp ground coriander * 1 tsp black pepper - 5 cloves garlic minced - 3 Tbsp white vinegar - 1 large onion diced - 2/3 cup olive oil - Sesame seeds (optional) Instructions: 1.
