Featuring a specially engineered system, this extra-large, high-performance griddle is designed to provide fast, even edge-to-edge heat. It quickly reaches searing temperatures over 500deg.F, so it's ready to go when you are - the ample grilling surface gives you plenty of space to cook different dishes at once. Two convenient side tables offer a place to prep foods, rest tools and plate grilled dishes. Four stainless-steel burners deliver 60,000 BTUs for fast, even heat. Corner grease chute and high-capacity, front-access grease tray prevent spills and make cleanup easy. Durable aluminized steel cookbox helps prevent corrosion. Two sturdy side tables and four tool hooks provide handy prep space and storage. Hinged hard cover helps protect griddle from the elements. Heavy-duty locking caster wheels make grill easy to maneuver and relocate. White Glove Delivery does not include installation. Our special service provides scheduled delivery, placement in the desired location, unpacking and inspection with the removal of all packaging materials. Procedures for installation, including standard gas and electrical connections, are outlined in the owner's manual.
