Humain, founded by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, has signed a series of landmark deals with Amazon and xAI that all involve Nvidia's AI chips.

The U.S. has approved the sale of Nvidia’s chips to Saudi Arabia’s Humain, and UAE’s G42, in a move that authorizes the state-backed firms to buy up to 35,000 chips, worth an estimated $1 billion.

HUMAIN is forming a new strategic partnership with Global AI, an American sovereign AI infrastructure company, to develop large-scale AI data centers and compute capacity in the United States powered by NVIDIA technologies including NVIDIA GB300 AI infrastructure connected with NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand networking.
