Miami is getting an underrated perimeter scorer and shooter in Powell. He played 60 games for the Clippers last season, averaging 21.8 points per game to go along with 3.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.2 steals. Powell also shot 48.4 percent from the floor and 41.8 percent from three-point range.
