The department said the new rule will allow FOIA officers to spend less time on data entry and more time searching for and reviewing records.
The turmoil of 2025 must yield to more rationality for the federal workforce. And Congress needs to rejoin the three-branch government.
"The complexity and the volume of data just continue to explode on orders of magnitude," Kevin Rivera said.
