As part of a Macomb County pilot program, interested Roseville residents have begun receiving free rain barrels.

INCREASE WATER STORAGE CAPACITY – this kit enables you to connect 2 rain barrels, letting you increase your rainwater collection capacity so that you have the water that you need, when you need it.

In September, 200 rain barrel kits will be given out to Roseville residents ... a 2-by-3-inch flex-elbow rainwater diverter for the home downspout, a 6-pack of mosquito dunks and instructions.
