Has the beef been squashed, or are these pre-orders for upcoming games just a test run to see if Amazon can allegedly get back into Nintendo’s good graces? Metroid Prime 4, also launching this year, does not have a pre-order listing. In fact, Amazon canceled previously placed pre-orders for the game earlier this year.

Thankfully, Nintendo has addressed those qualms beautifully on the Switch and Switch 2. Anyone who owns the console and subscribes to its $3.99-per-month Switch Online service automatically gains access to a trove of NES and SNES titles.

The GameCub Classics library is a Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive and currently includes three titles from the 2001 console. That list will grow soon as Nintendo has announced that Super Mario Strikers will come to Nintendo Switch Online next week on July 3.
