BENTONVILLE -- A Rogers woman was sentenced this week to five years in prison for illegally voting in the 2024 election. Cecilia Castellanos, 59, pleaded guilty Tuesday to perjury and violation of voter eligibility. The plea was under an agreement Adam Rose, Castellanos' attorney, reached with Justin Harper, deputy prosecutor.
