A 16-year-old girl was shot in Pittsburgh’s Knoxville neighborhood. Pittsburgh Public Safety said the investigation began around 10 p.m. Sunday when police were called to the 200 block of East Amanda Avenue for a ShotSpotter alert. The victim was found nearly on the 100 block of Zara Street with a gunshot wound to the arm.
