George Retes says he was tear-gassed, pepper-sprayed and dragged from his vehicle — despite identifying himself as a U.S. citizen.

George Retes told reporters he was manhandled by federal agents who broke his car window, damaged his vehicle and sprayed him with tear gas.

George Retes said he was arriving to work when several agents surrounded his car on July 10. Despite identifying himself, he said the agents broke his window, pepper sprayed him, and dragged him out.
