Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair has returned to the forefront of Middle East peace efforts after a U.S. peace plan on ending the Israel-Hamas war cast him in a leading role in overseeing the post-war administration and reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
The British government said on Tuesday it would scrap a target of getting 50% of young people going to university, and would instead aim to have two-thirds obtain "higher-level skills" by the age of 25 with increased use of apprenticeships.
Tony Blair is a British politician who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1997 to 2007. He has an estimated net worth of $60 million.
