6,400 cyclists biked 207 miles from Seattle to Portland this weekend for the Cascade Bicycle Club's 47th annual Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic fundraiser.

The annual Seattle-to-Portland Bicycle Classic will bring about 6,000 cyclists to western Washington roads this weekend, prompting transportation officials to warn drivers about traffic delays and encourage both motorists and riders to follow safety laws along the route.

Cyclists will flood the road from the University of Washington campus and on rural routes and highway south to Portland, starting July 11.
