A man was arrested after Lexington police say he had a gun at a children’s hospital Friday, May 22.
A patient armed with a gun was shot and injured by an off-duty officer at a hospital in Northwest Indiana, officials said.
The shooting was the second at an Endeavor Health hospital in the Chicago area in the last year. Both the police and Endeavor say they are investigating and reviewing the Swedish Hospital shooting.
