By the end of the Cell Saga, Super Saiyan has been outdone by multiple transformations, which Dragon Ball Super has only doubled down on.

As powerful as Gohan Beast is, he's not invincible, and there are a few Dragon Ball Super characters who have the potential to defeat him.

As of the Tournament of Power, there are now 15 Dragon Ball Super characters who can turn Super Saiyan – some stronger than others, of course.
