Colt Canada to supply up to 65,402 assault rifles to CAF
The new rifles will replace the C7/C8 rifles fleet, which have served for over 35 years.
The contract will provide a modern replacement for the current C7/C8 assault rifle fleet. Phase 1 of the deal is for 30,000 rifles and is valued at $307 million.
