Cameron Norrie played down his on-court confrontation with Nicolas Jarry after the Chilean complained about what he perceived to be poor sportsmanship. The last British singles player still standing at Wimbledon booked his place in the quarter-finals at SW19 after he was given a major scare by Jarry.

Cameron Norrie has revealed what Nicolas Jarry said to him after their epic five-set battle on Court 1 at Wimbledon. "He said I was a little bit vocal and I think that's my energy. I was pulling from my team and then I just said 'man, you competed so well and hung in there so well and it was an amazing competitive match'," Norrie said.
