Severe weather swept through southeast Texas on Monday, Nov. 24, and video shows a massive tornado with a funnel cloud that touched down. At 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, the National Weather Service issued a tornado watch in effect until 6 p.m. for Chambers, Lee, Macon and Randolph counties.
