Walt Disney Co.’s stock has been upgraded to buy from hold by Jefferies, which cited positive performances from the entertainment giant’s cruise business, theme parks, streaming and movies for its new bullish outlook.

Bank of America Global Research, which has a buy rating and a $140 price target on Disney shares, said Experiences segment, the largest contributor to operation income, had been challenged by a combination of difficult comps, wage inflation and pre-opening costs for new cruise ships.

Jefferies analyst Ed Alter cites four reasons to be bullish as he hiked his price target on Disney to $144 from $100.
