Amazon has unveiled its latest Echo devices: the Echo Dot Max, Echo Studio, Echo Show 8, and Echo Show 11. The Echo Dot Max features a new custom-designed chip called the AZ3, while the other three devices have the more advanced AZ3 Pro. All four devices are available for pre-order, and owners will get Alexa Plus early access out of the box.

Amazon debuted the new Echo Show 8 and Echo Show 11 during its fall 2025 hardware event on Tuesday, after heavily relying on previous versions of the smart display to demonstrate upgrades coming to its Alexa smart assistant at an event earlier this year.

And as of Oct. 1, the Echo Show 8 has a great early Prime Day discount, saving you $50. The new list price is $99.99, a low price we've not seen as low since January. There are two colors to choose from, white or charcoal, and both are at the same reduced price.
