SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA - the U.S. Geological Survey reported that a 3.2 magnitude quake rattled near Colma Friday afternoon.

A magnitude-3.8 earthquake was reported Thursday at 5:36 p.m. in Riverside County four miles from Valle Vista, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The earthquake was eight miles from Hemet, nine miles from San Jacinto and 13 miles from Beaumont, Calif..
