Has anyone successfully used the Ngenuity software? : r/HyperX
WEBAug 16, 2022 · Nope it never worked for me. I have 3 versions of the Alloy Origins (60, Core & Full Size). I haven't had an issue with the Microsoft Store version of the Ngenuity software. Make sure your cable is fully inserted on both the PC & the keyboard, also make sure you have the latest Windows update & the latest USB drivers.

Supposedly I need to have the QuadCast S (the RGB version), to gain access to NGENUITY. If I recall correctly, the software gives enables your mic to have firmware updates and whatnot.

WEBJan 7, 2021 · If not, try doing so by uninstalling it and then restarting your PC, and it will automatically install a new driver once it boots up. Also, if you have any other RGB software on your PC for either your other peripherals or hardware, try turning it off completely and then restart NGENUITY to see if it's detecting your microphone then.
